I think the comic industry is vastly underrated by mainstream media sources in terms of the skill of the creative forces behind the comics. I believe that Hollywood should look more towards these people when planning to create a truly horrifying film for genre audiences. Some of the comics I have come across lately just blow my mind and I can only imagine what they would like look like on film.

Everyone needs to keep an eye on this new comic coming out in April called “Wire Hangers”. The comic is the brainchild of Life of Agony bassist/Spoiler NYC front man, Alan Robert. At first I was skeptical to see the front man being able to pull together a serious comic, but after reading about his previous schooling experience and some previews of the art, I think I am sold.
